Mental Health Therapy

"Sometimes the bravest and most important thing you can do is just show up"

~Brene Brown

Our  Method

We believe in a comprehensive approach to healing that addresses both the mind and the body. Our method is grounded in client-centered, evidence-based practices and integrative, holistic care. Our work is informed by extensive education and hands-on experience in a range of mind-body wellness practices, allowing us to tailor care to each individual’s unique needs.

We recognize that physical and emotional healing is not one-size-fits-all. By utilizing a variety of therapeutic and holistic approaches, we support the healing of both physical and emotional trauma. Our goal is to help clients develop greater body awareness, listen to their internal signals, and provide their bodies with what they need to restore balance, resilience, and overall well-being.

Temperature
- Hold an ice cube in your hand
-Splash cold water on your face or place your face in a bowl of cold water
- Put a cold compress on your chest or neck

Why does it work?
Cold temperature will activate the vagus nerve, part of your parasympathetic nervous system, helping the body relax.
