Mental Health Therapy
We believe in healing both the mind and the body. We utilize client centers, evidence-based modalities, and holistic approaches. We are educated and have personally explored yoga, guided meditation, journaling, nutrition, supplements, and exercise. A variety of modalities can help heal physical and emotional scars. Our goal is to help you listen to your whole body and give your body what it needs.
