Brianna is an Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor graduating from Southern New Hampshire University in 2024 with her Master's in Mental Health counseling and a bachelor's degree in health promotion and education from the University of Utah. For over 18 years, she has worked in physical rehabilitation, supporting individuals with chronic pain. Her own lived experience with traumatic injury and ongoing pain has profoundly shaped her understanding of what it means to face adversity and rebuild a meaningful life.

Brianna believes healing begins with connection—within yourself and those around you. Her approach is rooted in curiosity, compassion, and a deep respect for your unique journey. She helps clients develop insight, build emotional resilience, and reconnect with their innate power to live with intention. Brianna understands the courage it takes to be vulnerable and strives to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and seen.

She specializes in working with individuals navigating nervous system burnout, attachment wounds, anxiety, depression, life transitions, religious trauma, and relationship challenges. Her work is tailored to your needs, drawing from various evidence-based and integrative approaches, including DBT, CBT, ACT, IFS, and somatic experiencing.

When not working, she says, "Traveling the world is my lifelong goal. I have been to many different parts of the world and love taking in the architecture, food, and culture everywhere I go." Brianna also enjoys being in the mountains and paddle boarding.
