Emily is a therapist who believes that healing happens through connection. She builds a trusting relationship where you can safely explore your experiences in a non-judgmental and empathic space. Emily believes in moving at a pace that feels right for you. She emphasizes that therapy is not a place to “fix” you but a space where you can work together to live more fully and authentically. She specializes in supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and addiction, in addition to working with couples navigating issues in communication, trust, emotional distance, and conflict resolution. Her approach blends evidence-based modalities of DBT, IFS, and MI, with a strong foundation in human connection.

You can find Emily reading, paddle boarding, spending time with family, or on outdoor adventures when not working.
