I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the founder of Hopeful Alliance Counseling. I earned my Master's in Social Work from the University of Utah and have worked in residential treatment, inpatient behavioral health, crisis services, and outpatient therapy. I've also developed and facilitated therapeutic workshops and enjoy mentoring future therapists.

I believe that healing begins with feeling safe, seen, and understood. While life's challenges can leave us feeling overwhelmed or stuck, I believe you already possess many of the strengths needed for healing. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you build insight, develop practical skills, and create meaningful, lasting change. Because every person's story is unique, I tailor therapy to your individual needs while fostering a collaborative relationship built on trust, compassion, and authenticity.

My approach is integrative, drawing from Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). I have a special passion for working with individuals healing from trauma, navigating Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), managing anxiety, improving body image and self-esteem, and supporting women through motherhood and burnout.

When I'm not in the office, you'll usually find me reading, exercising, listening to music, spending time with family and friends, or making memories with my son. Being a mom continually reminds me of the importance of connection, compassion, and showing up for the people we love.
